Returns & Refunds

We really hope you love your Tiyab Mahanna toub, but we understand that sometimes something just isn’t quite right.

Returns

We accept returns within 28 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your toub must be returned in the same condition you received it: unworn, unused and with any original packaging.

You’re more than welcome to carefully try your toub on at home to make sure you’re happy with it. However, we may not be able to accept a return if there are signs that it has been worn beyond trying it on, or if it has been marked, damaged, washed or altered.

To start a return, please email us at tiyabmahanna@gmail.com with your order number and let us know that you’d like to make a return. We’ll send you the return instructions and return address.

Please don’t send a return back to us without contacting us first.

Return postage

Unless your item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, customers are responsible for the cost of returning their order.

We recommend using a tracked postal service and keeping your proof of postage until your refund has been processed, as we can’t be responsible for returns that are lost on their way back to us.

Refunds

Once we receive your return, we’ll check your toub and let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow some additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Where required by UK consumer law, your original standard delivery charge will also be refunded. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, such as express or next-day delivery, we are only required to refund the equivalent cost of our standard delivery option. (GOV.UK)

Damaged, faulty or incorrect orders

Every Tiyab Mahanna order is checked before it leaves us, but if something has gone wrong, please get in touch.

If your toub arrives damaged, faulty, or you receive the wrong item, email tiyabmahanna@gmail.com as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue.

We’ll do our best to sort it out for you as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

If you’d like a different Tiyab Mahanna piece, please contact us at tiyabmahanna@gmail.com.

As some of our designs are available in limited quantities, we can’t guarantee that another colour or design will still be available by the time your return reaches us. Where an exchange isn’t possible, you can return your original item for a refund in line with the policy above.

A little note about our tiyab

Our tiyab are made from lightweight, delicate fabrics and should be handled with care. Small variations in colour may also appear depending on your screen or lighting.
